CONSTANT Security is currently recruiting for exciting new opportunities with our client in the recreation sector.

These positions will support the theme park security operations and to provide a safe and secured experience.

We currently have Permanent & Casual positions at the following location

• Prospect

All shift times in this location will vary based on seasonal requirements, the season ranges between November – April 2025.

Duties include:

• Customer Service
• Front entry duties
• Unlock/lock ups
• Internal patrols
• Assisting with First Aid
• Crowd control
• Liaising with supervisor’s and team members
• RSA Duties
• Random and targeted bag searches (based on client procedures)
• Assist with emergency management
• Completing incidents reports as required
• Control room operation

We are looking for officers who can demonstrate the following:

• Ability to recognise and deescalate situations
• High level communication skills
• The ability to deal with patrons in a patient matter
• Customer centric approach
• Ability to work under pressure
• Flexibility and adaptability

We are also looking for applicants with Supervisory or Team Leader experience.

Applicants are required to possess the following:

• NSW Security Officer Licence
• Current First Aid certificate/CPR
• RSA
• Drivers Licence
• WWCC (or willing to obtain)
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
