CONSTANT Security is currently recruiting for exciting new opportunities with our client in the Arts, Entertainment & Recreation sector.

These positions will support a major client in the safety and security of their Site.

We currently have Permanent positions at the following location:

• Pyrmont

Shift times are 7 days per week and will include day, afternoon and overnight shifts. There are additional ADHOC shifts as per client requirements 

Rates:

Mon-Fri (Day)- $27.88

Mon-Fri (Night) - $33.93

Saturday- $41.82

Sunday - $55.76

Public Holiday - $69.70

Duties may include:

• Engaging with staff & visitors in a positive and friendly manner
• Reception/concierge duties
• Regular foot patrols
• Access control
• Visitor management 
• Incident management and reporting including all first aid 
• The safety and general wellbeing of staff & visitors 
• Administration duties
• Responding to client enquiries and needs
• Audience management 

     Full training and uniform will be provided.

We are looking for officers who can demonstrate the following:

• Ability to recognise and deescalate situations
• High level communication skills
• The ability to deal with patrons in a patient matter
• Customer centric approach
• Ability to work under pressure
• Flexibility and adaptability

We are also looking for applicants with Supervisory or Team Leader experience.

Applicants are required to possess the following:

• NSW Security Officer Licence
• Current First Aid certificate/CPR
• RSA
• WWCC (or willing to obtain)
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
