Retail Security Officer – Sydney, NSW

CONSTANT Security is currently recruiting for Retail Security Officers to support multiple sites across retail store locations in Sydney / Parramatta / Chatswood.

If you have experience in retail, crowd control, excellent conflict management skills, a strong presence, and the ability to handle a variety of situations, you may be exactly who we’re looking for.

These roles are designed to support store teams in preventing theft, managing unacceptable behaviour, and maintaining a safe and secure environment, requiring proactive and motivated officers.

Key Duties

• High-visibility presence at entrances and registers

• Engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner

• Liaising with store management and team members

• Assisting staff with difficult or challenging customers

• Proactive monitoring and identification of individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or displaying mental health concerns

• Conducting random and targeted bag searches in line with client procedures

• Assisting with emergency management and response

• Completing detailed incident reports as required

Requirements

• Valid Security Officer Licence (NSW)

• Current First Aid and CPR certification

• Driver’s Licence

• RSA
