This is an in-office, weekend role!

What You'll Do:

• Handle out-of-hours escalations from staff and customers, ensuring quick resolutions.
• Coordinate weekend staffing, manage schedules, and adjust rosters as needed.
• Approve timesheets for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide exceptional support to customers, responding to inquiries and operational changes.
• Optimise resource coordination and processes for greater efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance NOC operations on weekends.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in operations, customer service, or resource coordination, ideally in a NOC environment.
• Familiarity with rostering software or scheduling tools.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and a customer-centric approach.
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting demands and work weekends and public holidays.
