CONSTANT Security is seeking an experienced and dedicated Security Site Manager to oversee daily operations for a corporate site. This is a key leadership position offering stability, professionalism, and an excellent work-life balance.

The Role

• Leading and coordinating all daily security operations.
• Supervising and mentoring a team of security officers.
• Managing access control systems and ensuring secure entry for staff, contractors, and visitors.
• Monitoring CCTV systems and responding proactively to potential threats.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for all security matters, including emergency response.
• Delivering exceptional customer service with a professional, visible presence.
• Ensuring compliance with all security protocols, legislation, and industry regulations.
• Building strong working relationships with client representatives and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• Certificate II in Security Operations
• NSW Security License & First Aid 
• Demonstrated experience in a security leadership role within a corporate/concierge environment.
• High level of computer literacy and initiative, including experience with advanced security systems.
• Experience in security audits, compliance, and incident reporting.
