CONSTANT is actively seeking experienced Control Room Operators to join the team at Luna Park, Sydney. This role will be ensuring the safety and security of the staff and public at one of Sydney's most high-profile venues.

Please note, to be considered for this role you must be available to commence site inductions and training from Wednesday 17th September and be able to start shifts on Monday 22nd September.

For this role we are paying in line with the Level 4 Security Award.

Responsibilities;

• Monitoring CCTV cameras & alarms, identifying incidents and escalating these accordingly to the relevant security members.
• Responding to emergencies, initiating appropriate response procedures, notifying the appropriate authorities as required, as well as directing the emergency response teams. 
•  Maintaining high level communication with the security team at all times
• Ensuring thorough and accurate record keeping in relation to all incidents
• Conducting investigations into security breaches and monitoring activities of interest.
• To be considered for the above role you will need to be able to work across the below shifts;

Monday - Friday: 10:00 - 20:00 & 20:00 - 06:00

Saturday & Sunday: 06:00 - 18:00 & 18:00 - 06:00

As well as being available for the above shifts we require all candidates to have the below qualifications & experience;

• Previous experience working as a Control Room Operator or Monitoring Centre Operator
• NSW Security License (1AE)
• Nationally Recognised First Aid & CPR
• NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
