Control Room Operator – Luna Park Sydney

CONSTANT is currently seeking experienced Control Room Operators to join our team at Luna Park Sydney — one of the city’s most iconic and high-profile venues. In this critical role, you will help ensure the safety and security of staff, guests, and visitors while supporting smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV systems and alarm panels, identify incidents, and escalate matters to relevant security personnel

• Respond to emergencies by initiating appropriate procedures and liaising with emergency services where required

• Provide clear and consistent communication with on-site security teams

• Maintain accurate and detailed incident reports and logs

• Conduct investigations into security breaches and monitor activities of interest

About You

To be successful in this role, you must be available to work a rotating roster across days and nights throughout the week. This is not a weekend-only position — weekday availability is essential.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Control Room Operator or Monitoring Centre Operator

• Current NSW Security Licence (1AE)

• Nationally accredited First Aid and CPR certification

• Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

• Current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
