CONSTANT is actively seeking an experienced Security Site Manager to join the team to work at Luna Park, Sydney. This role will be ensuring the safety and security of the staff and public at one of Sydney's most high-profile venues.

Responsibilities;

• Manage a team of nine permanent staff, including roving security officers and control room operators, as well as ad-hoc event staff & subcontractors.
• Responsible for ongoing training and development of your team as necessary to ensure we maintain SLA's
• Support with the completion of thorough risk and threat assessments, as well as crowd control plans for the site as well as ad-hoc events
• Complete ad-hoc and forward rostering, ensuring coverage across the site
• Client Stakeholder Management
• Act as the final escalation point for your team relating to medical, safety & RSA incidents.
• Provide cover for the control room as required

The standard working hours for the role are as below, with an expectation to work ad-hoc on weekends during large events. 

Monday - Friday: 06:00 - 16:00

We require all candidates to have the below qualifications & experience;

• Previous experience within security management role leading teams of 10+
• NSW Security License (Class 1A)
• Current First Aid & CPR
• NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
