As a trusted provider of security services with exciting growth underway, we’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist who’s passionate about supporting frontline teams and delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on supervisory position and wants to grow their leadership skills while being part of a national operation that’s committed to people, service, and progress.
About the Role:
As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll work closely with the Customer Success Manager to supervise and support a team of security professionals across a national client portfolio.
You’ll play a key role in day-to-day team coordination, onboarding and training, and ensuring that service delivery meets client expectations. This role is all about being present for the team, staying across operational needs, and stepping in to ensure a consistent, high-quality service experience.
This is a part-time opportunity (approx. 20 hours per week) with the option to increase to full-time hours through operational shifts. This role would be ideal for someone seeking flexibility while building their leadership capability in a meaningful way.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Supervision & Support
- Provide on-the-ground support to frontline staff, helping coordinate shifts, rosters, and daily tasks.
- Be the first point of contact for team members offering guidance, answering questions, and resolving issues quickly.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support the hiring process by assisting with interviews and onboarding new team members.
- Ensure smooth inductions and set clear expectations around performance and company values.
Training & Development
- Deliver site specific training and on the job coaching to build team capability and confidence.
- Work with Customer Success Managers to identify development needs and growth opportunities for team members.
Service Delivery & Client Outcomes
- Help frontline teams consistently meet client requirements and service standards.
- Monitor site performance and escalate issues where necessary to protect client satisfaction.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to align on team priorities and performance trends.
- Contribute to rostering, resourcing, and identifying operational improvements
About You:

- Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader, or senior frontline role, ideally in security, facilities, or service industries.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to support, coach, and motivate others.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing tasks.

- Calm under pressure and confident in your decision-making ability.
- A commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality service and exceeding client expectations.
