As a Retail Security Officer, you’ll be a visible and approachable presence deterring theft, supporting staff and customers, and responding to incidents with confidence and professionalism. 

Please note, to be considered for this role you must be able to work across stores in Roselands, Parramatta & Sydney CBD and be available across, morning, afternoon and evening shifts. 

About The Role

• Monitor foot traffic and deter theft or suspicious behaviour
• Support retail staff during difficult customer interactions
• Conduct regular patrols and maintain a visible presence in-store
• Operate surveillance, alarm, and access control systems
• Liaise with centre management and emergency services where necessary
• Complete accurate daily shift and incident reports

About You

• Previous experience in retail security or loss prevention
• Experience using CCTV or incident reporting tools
• NSW Security Licence
• Nationally Accredited First Aid/CPR Certificate
• NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
