We’re currently seeking a results-driven and creative Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our internal recruitment team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of delivering high-quality candidates quickly and efficiently.
You’ll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and securing top talent across our diverse business streams which include both security personnel and unique residential services roles. What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in security, facilities, or blue-collar recruitment
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Proven experience creating and implementing a high-volume recruitment strategy including skills & behaviour-based assessments
- Proven experience partnering with Exec/C-Suite level stakeholders
- Creative sourcing capabilities: you know how to find great candidates beyond traditional job boards
- Previous experience in a client facing recruitment role would be advantageous but essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers & Exec to define detailed role requirements and attract the right talent
- Proactively source high quality security officers nationally, using a variety of platforms and outreach strategies
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews for a range of frontline and support roles, ensuring that accurate candidate records are maintained
- Manage the compliance, referencing and onboarding process, ensuring adherence to industry and government legislation
- Support the National Operations Centre (NOC) with fulfilling resourcing requirements
- Providing thorough and accurate management reporting encompassing status updates, current challenges, as well as market trends & insights
- Provide an industry leading candidate experience
- Partnering with the business to identify and implement process improvements
- Support broader people and culture projects as required
