We currently have several seasonal casual opportunities available for experienced Control Room Operator's to join our dedicated security team at Raging Waters over Spring and Summer.

These positions are responsible for providing exceptional safety and security monitoring, ensuring the comfort and wellbeing of all guests, staff, and visitors. Shifts run across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, and further details will be discussed at the phone screening stage of our recruitment process. Ongoing employment opportunities with Constant may be available for high performers.

We currently have various shift patterns across 7 days, ranging from 8:00am starts to 8.00pm finishes.

Hourly Rates:

Monday to Friday: $42.34

Saturday Rate: $50.51

Sunday Rate: $64.94

Public Holiday Rate: $79.37

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate security and surveillance systems, including CCTV, alarms, and communication devices, to pro-actively identify and respond to incidents.

• Good radio communication, speech dictation and punctuality over radio comms.

• Coordinate efficient communication between on-ground security, management, and emergency services during both routine and critical situations.

• Perform regular system checks to ensure all security equipment and technologies are operating effectively.

• Provide excellent customer service through calm, clear, and effective interaction with staff, guests, and emergency contacts.

• Accurately record incident reports, shift logs, and compliance documentation to support ongoing safety and operational reviews.

Essential Requirements and Security Qualifications:

• Current security licence (NSW or appropriate state/territory equivalent).

• Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement.

• Nationally recognised First Aid and CPR certification.

• Strong computer literacy and experience with surveillance and communication technologies.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent personal responsibility, able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Ability to obtain or maintain any additional regulatory checks (such as Working with Children Check or RSA as needed).

• Experience working within events or entertainment will be highly regarded.
