Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a strong operational leader who is looking to take the next step in their career.
This hands-on role combines leadership of key NSW client portfolios with national oversight responsibilities across our broader operations team. This opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced State or Regional Manager seeking greater scope, accountability, and influence within a growing organisation.
You will work closely with the senior leadership team, taking ownership of service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational performance. This is a practical, visible, and impact-driven role.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
NSW Client Delivery & Satisfaction
Direct operational accountability for key NSW accounts.
Build strong, trusted client relationships.
Drive measurable client satisfaction outcomes as a core performance metric.
Ensure KPIs, compliance, and service standards are consistently met.
Resolve operational issues quickly and proactively.
National Operational Oversight
Lead and guide operational teams across regions.
Support consistency in rostering, compliance, and reporting standards.
Work with State Managers to improve performance outcomes.
Support mobilisation of new contracts and transitions.
Commercial & Workforce Performance
Monitor labour efficiency and control costs across portfolios.
Identify opportunities to improve margin through operational discipline.
Support tender submissions and pricing assumptions.
Drive accountability across the leadership team.
Operationalising Strategy
Translate the company’s strategic direction into practical operational action.
Embed consistent standards, processes, and expectations across regions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance performance and client experience.
Leadership & Culture
Coach and develop frontline operational leaders.
Strengthen accountability and performance standards.
Foster a positive, disciplined, and safety-focused culture.
What You Will Bring to the Role:
5+ years operational leadership experience in security or contract services.
Experience managing multiple sites or portfolios.
Strong understanding of rostering, labour cost control, and compliance.
Confidence engaging directly with clients.
Practical, solutions-focused leadership style.
Comfortable being visible, present, and hands-on
