CONSTANT is seeking a professional and reliable Security Officer to join our team on a permanent full-time / casual basis at a high-profile The Walt Disney Company site in Moore Park - Sydney

This is a unique opportunity to work at a globally recognised brand location, within a structured and well-managed environment.

About the Role

This position involves long foot / mobile patrols and active site coverage, so a good level of physical fitness and resilience is important. You’ll be working across a 24/7 rotating roster, including days, nights, and weekends with 8 hours long shifts.

Please note:
This site operates under an EBA flat pay structure (Payrate: Normal $34.22 & Public Holiday $70.95) on perm basis, meaning no additional weekend or night shift penalties apply. The hourly rate is adjusted to reflect this arrangement accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and extended patrols across the site

• Monitor and operate CCTV and access control systems

• Manage gatehouse operations and site entry points

• Provide traffic and crowd management where required

• Perform routine building and security inspections

• Deliver professional and courteous customer service to all visitors and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Professional, reliable, and able to work independently

• Comfortable with high-activity roles and long patrols

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to commit to a rotating 24/7 roster 8-hour shifts

Must have Licences & Requirements

• NSW Security Licence (1A)

• Current First Aid & CPR (nationally accredited)

• Full NSW Driver Licence
